Refundable cases
- Duplicate charge events are refundable.
- A refund is available when a technical failure prevents access to the full report after verified payment.
- You may request manual review within 24 hours if the full report adds no meaningful value beyond the free preview.
- Crisis safety guidance is always free and is not part of the paid refund scope.
