Privacy policy
This page explains what PUALens processes to generate relationship evidence reports, where that data goes, and how deletion works.
What we collect
PUALens processes the transcript you submit, your role, the other person's role, background or question context, screenshot filenames, and screenshot count to generate a report. If you sign in to save history, we also store your email address, session, and report ownership.
No training by default
PUALens does not use user chat transcripts for model training by default and does not place submitted text into public datasets.
AI providers
When Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, or a compatible provider is enabled, the service applies basic redaction and sends only the text needed to generate the report.
Screenshots
Uploaded screenshots first go through a Gemini/Vertex Vision transcript extraction step. Vision only creates editable chat text; it must not judge the relationship, score risk, diagnose, or give advice. The report store keeps screenshot metadata such as filename, type, size, and count, not original image content.
Storage duration
The server stores reports, source text, context, email accounts, and sessions until you delete them or a retention cleanup applies.
Retention and deletion
Every report page includes a delete action. The account page also provides account-and-history deletion. After deletion, the API no longer returns that report. Crisis safety guidance remains free.
